Cardiovascular and Diabetes Center
Comprehensive cardiac, vascular, and diabetes care all in one location
When cardiovascular disease or diabetes are health concerns, you want the finest care possible. The Cardiovascular and Diabetes Center remains the region's first state-of-the-art facility to offer comprehensive cardiac, vascular, and diabetes care all in one location.
Board-certified specialists, supported by a team of highly trained healthcare professionals, offer the latest strategies from prevention and screening to intervention, treatment, disease management, and rehabilitation. Our long-standing relationship with the New England Heart Institute of Catholic Medical Center now includes collaboration with Dartmouth-Hitchcock Nashua physicians whose patients may benefit from our program of comprehensive cardiovascular and diabetes care.
The Center offers comprehensive diabetes treatment and management (the first program of its kind in Nashua), is ADA-accredited, and provides front-line therapies combined with education classes, access to support groups, and free risk screenings. It also features Kid Camp for children with diabetes.
